Welcome to Cool Water Surf Adventure — a friendly and professional surf school based at Whitesands Beach.
Since 2013, we’ve been providing fun, safe, and high-quality surf coaching for all ages and abilities in a supportive and relaxed environment.
Founded by father-and-son duo Ryan and Logger, Cool Water Surf School was built from a genuine passion for surfing, the ocean, and sharing the incredible Pembrokeshire coastline with others.
While Whitesands is our home beach, we also operate at neighbouring beaches to make sure we find the best possible conditions for your surf experience.

New outdoor fitness classes that are fantastic for all abilities. The instructors are friendly, full of enthusiasm and always motivational.

I had a surf lesson with Ryan at Whitesands. They had parked quite close to the beach so it wasn't too far to carry the boards. The tuition was good fun and professional. Ryan was very encouraging and drew from his own experiences. He was very patient and seemed to really enjoy teaching. Thank you for building my confidence.
